As a measurement standard, the standard sample is an indispensable tool for measurement process control and measurement result evaluation, and is the material basis and guarantee for establishing a consistent and comparable global measurement mutual recognition system. The standard sample developed by this project has reasonable composition design and gradient distribution of major elements, which can meet the needs of different users. Compared with the existing domestic standard samples, there are 7 more elements. To establish a set of metallurgical solid waste standard material development and testing system in line with national standards; Write 2 national standards and 4 industrial standards; To realize the effective combination of text standards and physical standards, provide physical standards and systematic solutions for enterprises and research institutes, and improve the efficiency and added value of comprehensive utilization of metallurgical solid waste. In the past three years, the sales revenue of products has reached 14.73 million yuan, profit and tax 2.98 million yuan. At the same time, the promotion of the standard sample will provide technical support and quality assurance for the comprehensive utilization of solid waste in the metallurgical industry, make outstanding contributions to the development of circular economy and the transformation of old and new kinetic energy, and have good social benefits.
